本文从传承民族音乐文化精髓、加强社会音乐服务、发展民族音乐文化形式,繁荣国际文化交流等方面展开论述民族音乐文化教育和建设的重要性,探索民族音乐文化职业教育的改革与发展,推动民族音乐职业教育与社会文化领域的渗透,与国际音乐文化的交流融合,传承与发展民族音乐文化。
