文章讨论了低轨卫星网和地面蜂窝网中的切换问题。提出了低轨卫星移动通信网与地面蜂窝网一体化方案,建立了相应的数学模型。该模型能清楚地反映卫星网内部和地面网内部的切换关系,极大地降低了运算量,文章还对爱尔朗第一公式提出了修正。该一体化方案能有效地提高低轨卫星移动通信系统的信道利用率,减小地面蜂窝覆盖区的呼损率而不影响地面蜂窝网信道利用率。
The article discusses switching between LEO and terrestrial cellular networks. Proposed a low-earth satellite mobile communication network and terrestrial cellular network integration program, the establishment of the corresponding mathematical model. The model can clearly reflect the switching relations inside the satellite network and the terrestrial network, which greatly reduces the computational complexity. The article also proposes the amendment to Erlang’s first formula. The integrated scheme can effectively improve the channel utilization rate of the LEO satellite mobile communication system and reduce the call loss rate of the terrestrial cellular coverage without affecting the channel utilization of the terrestrial cellular network.
