本试验研究了不同浓度的赤霉素对浆果生长和种子发育的影响,为提高浆果质量,促进枝蔓成熟提供依据。一、材料和方法试验在公主岭市果树场进行。选用3种赤霉素浓度:100、200和300PPm。以清水为对照,每个处理选3株为一小区,选大小相似的果穗50~60穗,重复3次。供试材料用12年生巨峰葡萄,落花后1周用药剂浸渍葡萄果穗,每穗浸渍时间3~5秒。采收后,在各个处理中分别随机取100粒浆果,从中选出最大、最小果各30
In this study, the effects of different concentrations of GA3 on berry growth and seed development were studied in order to provide evidences for improving berry quality and promoting the development of branch and shoot.
