针对某矿山坑探样品中钴量的测定,研究了利用原子吸收光谱法测定钴的样品前处理方法,确定出了高效的、危害性较小的、适用于矿山坑探样品钴量测定的样品处理方法,同时对本方法的精确度进行试验考查,其测定的RSD在1.3%~2.1%间,加标回收率在95.6%~103.4%间,充分表明了本方法具有较好的测定精密度和准确度,用于测定坑探样品中钴量可得到满意结果。
