导读:不论你愿不愿意,只要你活着,就要面对千姿百态的生活。我们要明白,无论是成功的荣耀还是失败的痛楚,都是过眼云烟。我们无法改变生活,但我们能改变自己。
Too often we find more reasons to hate our life than to love it. And you know what? Life hates us back. So, however mean your life is, meet and live it; do not avoid it or call it hard names. It is not so bad as you are. It looks poorest when you are richest. The fault-finder will find faults even in paradise.
Try to remember that the setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s private house; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring.
Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Things do not change; you change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts... Too much wealth can buy something unnecessary only. Money is not required to buy something necessary for the soul.
Love your life, no matter where you are in your life, no matter what responsibilities you may carry, you can find peace, balance, and enjoyment in every area of your life; but it all starts with you. You have more power inside you than you realize; all you have to do is learn to make use of what you already have! As you begin to recognize your own abilities and influence, and use them in healthy ways, all the other areas of your life will fall into order.
Love your life for everything you are not sure about, as it will still challenge your being; love your life for all your mistakes, so you can have plenty of time to make up for them; love your life for all you’ve lost in your journey, as it will only make room for something even bigger; love your life for all your dreams as you will have plenty of time to make them true; love your life for all the crossroads you meet every day, they are there to offer you the best path you can choose.
A life well lived does not come easily; you have to set out for it, look for it, and make it happen!
