[目的]选育高香优质绿茶杂交新品种。[方法]通过品种比较试验和区域性试验对对云茶春毫的品质进行鉴定。在品种比较试验中,选择云抗10号和福鼎大白茶作为对照;在区域性试验中,以云抗10号和当地大叶种作为对照。[结果]1992~2010年品比、区试鉴定结果表明:云茶春毫品比产量比对照云抗10号高39.3%,比福鼎大白茶高29.6%,区试产量高于云抗10号2.5%(保山点)及10.2%(澜沧点)。制绿茶具花香显露、滋味鲜爽、叶底绿较亮等品质特点,绿茶品质总分为91.13分,超过对照福鼎大白茶(90.75分)和云抗10号(88.85分)。1芽2叶蒸青样含茶多酚28.0%,氨基酸2.7%,酚氨比值10.4,酚氨比值低于对照福鼎大白茶(10.6)和云抗10号(17.3)。云茶春毫抗旱、抗茶饼病能力超过云抗10号。[结论]云茶春毫扦插繁殖和移栽成活率高于对照品种,适应能力强,在云南大叶茶种茶区推广种植良好。
[Objective] Breeding new high-quality green tea hybrid new varieties. [Method] The quality of Yuncha Chachunju was identified through the comparative trials of varieties and regional experiments. In the comparative trials of varieties, Yunfu No. 10 and Fuding Dabai Tea were selected as the control; in the regional experiment, Yunkang No. 10 and the local large-leaved species were used as a control. [Result] The results of plot ratio test and zone test from 1992 to 2010 showed that the specific yield of Yuncha was 39.3% higher than that of Yunfu 10 and 29.6% higher than that of Fuding Da Bai Cha, and the yield of Yuncha 10 was higher than Yunfu 10 2.5% (Baoshan Point) and 10.2% (Lancang Point). Green tea with floral appearance, fresh taste, bright green leaves and other green tea quality characteristics, the total score of 91.13 green tea quality, more than the control Fuding white tea (90.75 points) and cloud resistance on the 10th (88.85 points). 1 bud 2 leaf steaming green tea containing polyphenols 28.0%, amino acids 2.7%, phenolic ammonia ratio 10.4, phenolic ammonia ratio was lower than the control Fuding Da Bai Cha (10.6) and cloud anti-10 (17.3). Yun Cha Chun mill drought, resistance to tea cake disease over cloud resistance on the 10th. [Conclusion] The survival rate of M. fortunei cuttings and transplanting was higher than that of the control breeds, and its adaptability was strong. It was planted well in Yunnan tea plantation.
