近日人民银行及银监会联合下发《关于加强商业性房地产信贷管理的补充通知》,对之前《关于加强商业性房地产信贷管理的通知》中未明确规定而引起争论的一些事宜做了补充规定在补充通知中最为引人关注的是“以借款人家庭”为单位认定房贷次数而非以个人为单位认定。
