通过对随机收集到的152份问卷进行分析发现,大部分大学英语教师对中介者角色持积极态度,但在实际课堂上,被试教师遇到了与我国现行教育体制、学生英语水平以及教师本人业务素质等相关的阻力,他们把缺乏相关专家的指导和角色培训视为实施中介者角色的最直接障碍。研究表明,教师要想成功中介学生的学习不仅要对中介角色持积极态度,具足中介策略知识,而且还要有排除各种障碍干扰的能力。
Through the analysis of 152 randomly collected questionnaires, we find that most college English teachers hold a positive attitude towards the role of intermediaries. However, in the actual classroom, the tested teachers met with the current education system, students ’English proficiency and teachers’ own business Quality and other related resistance, they regard the lack of guidance and role training of relevant experts as the most direct obstacle to the role of intermediaries. Research shows that teachers want to successfully mediate in the learning of students not only to have a positive attitude toward intermediaries, have sufficient knowledge of intermediary strategies, but also have the ability to exclude interference from various barriers.
