从2-羰基丙酸(吡啶-4-甲酰基)腙(H_2PPFH)合成了13种组成为RE_2(PPFH)_3·nH_2O(RE=La-Yb,n=2~3)的稀土腙固体配合物。通过红外、紫外、元素分析,电导及核磁共振谱等方法对其进行了表征。经药理实验发现配合物Eu_2(PPFH)_3·3H_2O具有抗肿瘤活性。
Thirteen rare earth hydrazone solid complexes with RE 2 (PPFH) 3 · nH 2 O (RE = La-Yb, n = 2-3) were synthesized from 2-hydroxypropionate . It was characterized by infrared, ultraviolet, elemental analysis, conductance and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The pharmacological experiment showed that the complex Eu2 (PPFH) _3 · 3H_2O has anti-tumor activity.
