相对于传统媒体来说,以电子布告栏系统、博客、微博、播客、手机群发、交流社区(SNS)等为主要形式的新媒体给网络舆情的传播带来了巨大的影响,比如它的即时性、速度性和广泛性,给网络舆情的传播带来了新的挑战。新媒体网络时代,大众开始对信息的传播活动具有主动性,大众的身份也从“旁观者”变成了“参与者”。在各种网络舆情中,公民直接通过网络来对当事方或当事人产生影响。本文首先介绍了新媒体网络时代舆情的特点,然后分析了其产生的原因,最后就如何应对从原则和具体策略两个方面进行了研究。
