侦查人员依据发案现场所留足迹,对足迹进行鞋袜分析、人身特征分析以及案情分析,并利用足迹分析结果,分析案件性质、提供侦查线索、缩小侦查范围,进而发现、审查、认定犯罪嫌疑人。但是,由于足迹分析技术的起步较晚,理论薄弱、分析方法落后以及提取方面还存在一些问题,造成足迹分析技术不能普及,应用甚微。对此笔者提出了自己的看法以及解决意见。 Based on the footprints left by the site of the attack, the investigators carried out the footwear analysis, the personal characteristics analysis and the case analysis on the footprints, analyzed the nature of the case by using the footprints analysis, provided clues for investigation and narrowed the scope of the investigation so as to find out, examine and suspect the suspects people. However, there are still some problems in the field of footprinting technology, such as late start, weak theory, backward analytic method and extraction. In this regard, I put forward my own views and solutions.
