阐述了热光学环境模拟试验的重要性及制备相应试验设备的迫切性，提出试验装置的设计方案，运用计算机辅助工程分析（ＣＡＥ）等方法确定加热功率。
The importance of thermal optical environment simulation test and the urgency of preparing corresponding test equipment are expounded. The design scheme of the test equipment is proposed. The heating power is determined by computer aided engineering analysis (CAE) and other methods.
