为了适应农村教改的需要,我市建立了120多个教学辅导区,以加强农村学校管理,研究教材教法,提高教师的教学水平和业务素质,推动农村教学改革的发展。几年来辅导区在各级教育行政和业务部门指导下,发挥了农村教改中的核心作用。 一、培训农村教改骨干,发挥骨干教师的带头作用。市里组织有丰富经验的老教师,编写了语、数1—10册的《教材教法讲课资料》,培训辅导教师150名,培训后,分成15个小组,每组每月到各乡辅导区定点讲课一天。农村教师称这项服务为“及时雨”。 各区举办了辅导区辅导员培训班,小学高级教师进岗培训班,教研组长培训班。学习《关于加强教学管理的若干规定》、《小学教
