目前素质教育在小学德育教学过程中形成了以教师为中心、以教材为中心、以课堂为中心的固定模式,教学效果不尽人意。笔者认为,要想在德育教学过程中有效实施素质教育,首先教师要加强理论学习,不断更新教学观念;建构“启发-—领悟”教学模式;充分发挥学生的主体作用,使学生通过亲身体验和感知,进行理性分析,领悟道理,从而自觉指导自己的道德行为。
At present, quality education in the process of primary school moral education formed a teacher-centered, teaching materials as the center, the classroom as the center of the fixed mode, the teaching results are not satisfactory. In my opinion, in order to effectively implement quality education in the process of moral education, teachers should first strengthen theoretical study and constantly update their teaching concepts. They should construct a teaching model of “enlightenment-comprehension” and give full play to students’ Experience and perception, conduct rational analysis, comprehend the truth, so as to consciously guide their own moral behavior.
