吉林市塑料厂与中国科学院长春应用化学研究所共同开发的汽车保险杠用EPDM改性PP材料,为轿车国产化迈出了可喜的一步,它是一种利用瑞士进口的Buss选粒机组研制而成的聚丙烯/乙丙橡胶共混物材料,已于1990年4月由吉林省科委主持通过鉴定,经对该材料的主要性能进行现场测试,结果表明:其常温和低温下的Izod冲击强度与聚丙烯相比,提高了20~40倍,熔体指数可在4~16的范围内调整,具有良好的加工性能,
The EPDM modified PP material for car bumpers jointly developed by Jilin Plastic Factory and Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences has taken a gratifying step toward the localization of sedans.
