争天下者必先争人,取市场者必先取才。商品经济下人才开发和管理是企业生死存亡的战略问题,得人者昌,失人者亡。百年来民族资本为了在旧中国畸型市场条件下同帝国主义和官僚资本相抗衡,荐贤举能,注重人才开发,形成有生气的企业人际氛围,积累了丰富的经验。总结这一历史遗产,对于完善社会主义企业人才管理,发展社会主义生产力有借鉴作用。
Those who compete with the world must first fight for people. Those who take the market must first take it. The development and management of talents under the commodity economy is a strategic issue for the survival of an enterprise. In order to counter the imperialist and bureaucratic capital in the old China's malformed market conditions, national capitals have been vigorously promoting talents, focusing on the development of talents, forming a vibrant corporate atmosphere, and accumulating rich experience. Summarizing this historical legacy can serve as a reference for improving talent management in socialist enterprises and developing socialist productive forces.
