随着长戴型角膜接触镜的日益普及,接触镜导致角膜水肿逐渐引起人们的重视。以往文献报道接触镜引起角膜水肿的机理是由于角膜缺氧,上皮细胞糖醇解作用增强,使角膜基质乳酸堆积,渗透压增加和上皮细胞与内皮细胞离子运转受到抑制。本文研究的目的在于探讨接触镜引起的角膜水肿与上皮和内皮功能之间的关系。作者取新西兰白兔双侧角膜固定于Teffen环,以观察角膜厚度。本研究分二组,安放接触镜为实验,不安放接触镜为对照组。离体角膜上皮面和内皮面分别浸泡在不同的液体中,上皮面的液体30分钟更换一次,内皮面液体以0.5-1.0 ml/小时流动。作者观察到对照组角膜肿胀率为0~6um/小时,实验组肿胀率为15~28um/小时。当内皮面浸泡在天氯化物林格氏液,碳酸氢盐林格氏液以及含0.3mM速
With the increasing popularity of long wear type contact lenses, contact lenses cause corneal edema gradually attracted people’s attention. In the past, the mechanism of corneal edema caused by contact lens was reported as corneal hypoxia, enhancement of sugar alcoholysis of epithelial cells, accumulation of lactic acid in corneal matrix, increase of osmotic pressure and inhibition of iontophoresis of epithelial cells and endothelial cells. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between contact lens-induced corneal edema and epithelial and endothelial function. The author took New Zealand White rabbits bilateral cornea fixed Teffen ring, to observe the corneal thickness. The study divided into two groups, placing the contact lens as an experiment, not placing the contact lens as the control group. Exfoliated corneal epithelial and endothelium were immersed in different liquids, the epithelial surface of the liquid 30 minutes to replace one, the endothelium fluid to 0.5-1.0 ml / hour flow. The authors observed that the corneal swelling rate was 0 ~ 6um / h in the control group and 15 ~ 28um / h in the experimental group.
