目的 探讨 MMP- 9、TIMP- 1在前列腺癌组织中的表达与前列腺癌预后的关系。方法 用免疫组化方法测定前列腺癌 32例和前列腺增生 30例标本的 MMP- 9、TIMP- 1表达 ,分析肿瘤标志物的表达与前列腺癌分期和分级的关系。结果 MMP- 9的实验组和对照组的表达比较统计学上有显著性差异 ,MMP- 9表达和前列腺癌分化程度和临床分期有关。结论 MMP- 9和 TIMP- 1的表达测定可作为一项判断前列腺癌生物学行为指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in prostate cancer and the prognosis of prostate cancer. Methods The expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 32 specimens of prostate cancer and 30 specimens of benign prostatic hyperplasia were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of tumor markers and the staging and grading of prostate cancer was analyzed. Results The expression of MMP-9 in the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant difference, MMP-9 expression and prostate cancer differentiation and clinical stage related. Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 can be used as an indicator to judge the biological behavior of prostate cancer.
