采用液氮脆断法获得日本东丽T700,以及国产相当于东丽T300,T700,以及T800级碳纤维(分别简称国产T300、国产T700、国产T800)等4种碳纤维样品的断面样品,用扫描电镜对上述的4种碳纤维的横断面样品的微观结构进行分析表征。照片通过使用image-pro-plus6.0(IPP6.0)图像软件处理,分析测量获得碳纤维截面的直径、面积、周长及圆度等物理特征定量数据。对碳纤维表面的处理,获得了其表面沟壑的数量,宽度以及深度。结果显示4种碳纤维的圆度等表面物理特征存在一定的差异,国产碳纤维样品的圆度小于日本东丽公司的碳纤维样品,国产碳纤维表面沟壑的数量多,深度大,即表面很粗糙。
The Toray T700 was obtained by liquid nitrogen brittle fracture method, and the cross-sectional samples of domestic carbon fiber samples equivalent to T300, T700 and T800 carbon fiber (domestic T300, domestic T700, domestic T800) were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy The microstructure of the above four kinds of carbon fiber cross-sectional samples were analyzed and characterized.
