基层电大师资队伍建设是决定教学质量优劣和基层电大能否适应地方经济发展的重要因素,也是关系到整个远程开放教育事业生存和可持续发展的基础。各基层电大如何结合本地实际,在科学发展观的理论指导下,探索符合自身发展的师资队伍建设模式是一项不可或缺的重大课题。
The construction of grassroots TV university faculty members is an important factor that determines whether the teaching quality is good or not and whether the grassroots TV universities can adapt to the local economic development. It is also the basis for the survival and sustainable development of the whole distance and open education. How the grass-roots TV should combine local conditions with the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development to explore a model for building a contingent of teachers that is in line with its own development is an indispensable major issue.
