利用旋转粘度计研究了四元丙烯酸酯共聚物无皂水溶胶、HDI齐聚物及两者交联体系的流变行为,测定了三者的剪切应力(τ)~剪切速率(D)、表观粘度(ηa)~剪切速率(D)及lgτ~lgD之间的关系。结果表明,水溶胶、HDI齐聚物的流动指数n近似于1,属牛顿型流体,而水溶胶\HDI齐聚物交联体系的n<1,属非牛顿型流体,并且具有触变性。
The rheological behavior of the quaternary acrylate copolymer soap-free water-soluble sol, HDI oligomer and their cross-linking system was investigated by rotational viscometer. The shear stress (τ) ~ shear rate (D) , The apparent viscosity (ηa) ~ shear rate (D) and lgτ ~ lgD relationship between. The results show that the flow index n of hydrosol and HDI oligomers is approximately 1 and belongs to the Newtonian fluid. However, n <1 of the hydrosol HDI oligomer cross-linking system belongs to non-Newtonian fluid and has thixotropy.
