目的:观察葛根素对免疫抑制模型小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响,初步研究其作用机制。方法:通过小鼠体重、脏器指数以及IFN-γ/IL-4比值等,检测葛根素对免疫抑制模型小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:免疫抑制模型小鼠体重、脏器指数以及IFN-γ/IL-4比值都显著下降。葛根素Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组小鼠体重、脏器指数以及IFN-γ/IL-4比值都显著升高。结论:葛根素提高小鼠的细胞免疫功能,其机制可能和促进脾脏T淋巴细胞增值,纠正T淋巴细胞亚群Th1/Th2比例紊乱有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of puerarin on cellular immune function in immunosuppressed mice and to study its mechanism. Methods: The effects of puerarin on cellular immune function in immunosuppressed mice were detected by body weight, organ index and IFN-γ / IL-4 ratio. Results: The body weight, organ index and the ratio of IFN-γ / IL-4 in immunosuppressed mice decreased significantly. Puerarin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ mice body weight, organ index and IFN-γ / IL-4 ratio were significantly increased. CONCLUSION: Puerarin can improve the cellular immune function in mice. The mechanism may be related to promoting the proliferation of T lymphocytes and correcting the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 in T lymphocyte subsets.
