介绍一种通用型CNC(计算机数控系统)的故障诊断专家系统,它无需增加任何硬件,在数控系统内部开发而成。可依据内含的PLC运行的逻辑关系自动生成故障树,与专家经验知识库同时作为推理机的推绎基础,具有高度的自动化诊断能力,并显著提高故障诊断的速度和准确性,极大地方便了维修。
Introduces a general-purpose CNC (computer numerical control system) fault diagnosis expert system, it does not need to increase any hardware, has been developed in the numerical control system. The fault tree can be generated automatically according to the logical relationship of the included PLC operation. It is also based on the deduction of the reasoning machine with the expert experience knowledge base. It has a high degree of automatic diagnostic capability and greatly improves the speed and accuracy of fault diagnosis, which is greatly facilitated Maintenance.
