改革开放以来,河南省广大科技人员大胆进行体制创新和科技创新,加快科技成果产业化步伐,领办创办了一大批民营科技企业,为全省经济和社会发展做出了突出贡献。民营科技企业已经成为全省经济结构调整、发展高新技术产业的重要力量,涌现出了一大批优秀民营科技企业和先进民营科技工作者。为了表彰先进,经河南省人民政府同意,河南省人事厅和省科技厅决定对河南思达高科技股份有限公司等100家优秀民营科技企业进行表彰。名单如下:
