Objective To summarize the nursing points of interventional treatment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis during puerperium. Methods 76 cases of puerperal intracranial venous sinus thrombosis admitted from December 2015 to August 2016 in Huixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group (38 cases) and observation group (38 cases) according to the admission order. Both groups received endovascular intervention. The control group provided general inpatient care procedures. The observation group provided full-time nursing interventions. The satisfaction rate, length of hospital stay and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 81.58%, the observation group was 92.11%, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The mean length of stay in the control group was (18.23 ± 2.15) days and in the observation group was (14.26 ± 1.79) days. The average length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the control group was 26.32%, the observation group was 7.89%, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Providing full nursing intervention during the interventional thrombolysis in patients with puerperium intracranial venous sinus thrombosis can improve nursing satisfaction, reduce hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications.
