对经冷轧制备的TC4管材进行织构分析,讨论轧制变形量和开坯道次变形量对TC4钛合金织构的影响。结果显示,原始材料的织构分布比较均衡,在(0002)中,最大值在RD方向附近,在轧制过程中极点分布逐渐发生重新排列,极点在(ND-TD)平面上偏向TD方向的排列取代了原始态的织构,最大值则出现在(ND-RD)平面的ND方向附近。在(1010)极图中,织构的重新排列出现在(ND-RD)平面,最大值出现在RD方向附近,(1010)极图的极点强度小于(0002)极图的极点强度。在(0002)和(1010)极图中,织构的强度都随着变形量的增加而增加,大的变形量可以促进织构的重组。
The textures of the TC4 pipes prepared by cold rolling were analyzed. The effects of rolling deformation and the amount of deformation on the TC4 titanium alloy texture were discussed. The results show that the texture distribution of the raw materials is relatively balanced. In (0002), the maximum value is in the vicinity of the RD direction, and the pole distribution is gradually rearranged during the rolling process. The poles are deviated to the TD direction in the (ND-TD) plane The arrangement replaces the texture of the original state, with the maximum appearing in the ND direction of the (ND-RD) plane. In the (1010) pole figure, the texture rearrangement appears on the (ND-RD) plane, the maximum appears in the RD direction, and the pole strength of the (1010) pole figure is smaller than the pole strength of the (0002) pole figure. In (0002) and (1010) pole figures, the strength of the texture increases with the amount of deformation, and large deformations can promote the reorganization of the texture.
