用1988年和1989年采集的半夏,对其祛痰、止咳的药理作用及其急性毒性进行对比实验,结果表明:1988年半夏比1989年半夏的祛痰作用明显增强,止咳作用与毒性无显著差异。说明半夏用“陈”者可以增强其疗效。
With the Pinellia collected in 1988 and 1989, the pharmacological effects and acute toxicity of the phlegm and cough were compared. The results showed that the Pinellia ternata in 1988 was significantly stronger than that of Pinellia 1989, and the antitussive effect was significant. No significant difference in toxicity. Description Pinellia with “Chen” who can enhance its efficacy.
