运用CFD软件对卡卢金热风炉的气体燃烧与流动进行了数值模拟,得到燃烧室出口烟气速度、温度、压力及残余CO浓度的分布。并对燃烧室出口烟气温度、压力及残余CO浓度进行了现场测试。结果表明,卡卢金热风炉燃烧室出口截面上烟气速度、温度和压力分布均匀,燃烧室上部温度低,高炉煤气燃烧完全。
The CFD software was used to simulate the gas combustion and flow in Kalugin hot stove, and the distribution of velocity, temperature, pressure and residual CO concentration at the outlet of the combustion chamber were obtained. The field outlet gas temperature, pressure and residual CO concentration in the combustion chamber were tested on site. The results show that the gas velocity, temperature and pressure distribution in the outlet section of the Kalugin hot blast stove are uniform, the temperature in the upper part of the combustion chamber is low and the combustion of the blast furnace gas is complete.
