目的观察含氯消毒剂对水、淤泥、生物膜中嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果。方法应用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对含氯消毒剂杀灭水、淤泥、生物膜中嗜肺军团菌的效果进行了观察。结果分别用含有效氯500 mg/L、1000 mg/L的复方次氯酸钠氯消毒液对水体、淤泥和生物膜中的嗜肺军团菌分别作用10 min和15 min,杀灭率均可达到100%,并且随有效氯浓度的增加或作用时间的延长,杀菌效果明显提高。结论用含氯消毒剂对冷却水塔中的水体、淤泥及其塔壁上生物膜中嗜肺军团菌具有快速杀灭效果,使用方便。
Objective To observe the killing effect of chlorine disinfectant on Legionella pneumophila in water, sludge and biofilm. Methods The method of suspension quantitative sterilization was applied to observe the effect of chlorine disinfectant on killing Legionella pneumophila in water, sludge and biofilm.
