中国农学会、农业部科学技术委员会、中国农业科学院共同主持,于1993年9月21日至24日在郑州召开了“全国高产优质高效农业发展学术讨论会”.农业部副部长刘成果、中国农学会名誉会长卢良恕、中国农科院党组书记沈桂芳以及全国22个省、市、自治区的专家、学者100多人参加了会议.会议根据“国务院关于发展高产优质高效农业的决定”精神,探讨了我国高产优质高效农业发展中的理论和实际问题.并针对当前存在的问题向国务院提出了建议.
China Agronomy Association, Ministry of Agriculture Science and Technology Committee and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences co-chaired the “National Symposium on High-yield, High-quality and High-efficiency Agricultural Development in China” from September 21 to September 24, 1993. Liu Chengguo, Vice Minister of Agriculture, China Luliangshu, Honorary President of Agricultural Society, Shen Guifang, Party Secretary of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and more than 100 experts and scholars from 22 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country participated in the conference. According to the spirit of “Decision of the State Council on Developing High-yield, High-quality and High-efficiency Agriculture” The theoretical and practical problems in the development of high-yield, high-quality and high-efficiency agriculture in our country, and put forward suggestions to the State Council for the current problems.
