农村集体土地确权登记的目的在于维护农民土地合法权益、促进社会和谐发展。既是落实耕地保护制度、提高土地管理水平的基础需要,更是促进城乡统筹发展的必要手段。本文就农村集体土地确权登记工作的相关问题以及手段进行分析与介绍。
The purpose of the registration of the rural collective land is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of peasants’ land and promote the harmonious development of the society. It is not only the basic requirement for implementing the system of protecting cultivated land and improving the level of land management, but also the necessary means for promoting the overall development of urban and rural areas. This article analyzes and introduces the related problems and means of the registration of rural collective land ownership.
