对棉田红蜘蛛进行空间分布模式及取样数量的测定,对于进一步了解红蜘蛛在棉田的发生危害规律以及开展综合防治都具有十分重要的意义。以往红蜘蛛分布型的测定都以棉花为害株为取样对象,尽管这种测定方法较简单,但只有当红蜘蛛达到一定数量时才能被肉眼确定为被害株,因此不能真实反映红蜘蛛在棉田的分布情况。本测定在棉花苗期用红蜘蛛雌成螨为取样对象,到了红蜘蛛数量明显增多的花铃期,则以为害叶为取样对象。本调查资料采用扩散系数[C]及[K]值计算,并应用群聚均数[λ]分析聚集原因,然后作理论抽样数计算。

When the number of spider mites increased significantly, the leaves were taken as sampling objects. The survey data were calculated using the diffusion coefficients [C] and [K], and the clustering mean [λ] was used to analyze the cause of aggregation, which was then used as the theoretical sample number.
