目的:探索一种技术简单、操作方便、重复性好、容易掌握的大鼠右心室压力测量方法。方法:取健康Sprague Dawley大鼠20只,随机分为实验组(n=10),对照组(n=10)。实验组使用一次性静脉输液针(0.45×13.5 mm)经胸直接穿刺右心室测量右心室压力,对照组使用右心导管,经颈外静脉沿右心房插入右心室测量右心室压力。比较两者操作时间、成功率、右心室压力等指标。结果:实验组从麻醉开始到成功测出右心室压力的时间5.10±1.32 min,对照组为25.21±10.30 min(P<0.05)。两种方法所检测到的右心室收缩压、右心室舒张压、右心室平均压无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实验组大鼠成功率100%,对照组60%(P<0.05)。结论:经胸右心室穿刺法能准确、快速穿刺到右心室并能准确测量右心室压力。
Objective: To explore a simple, easy to operate, reproducible and easy to grasp rat right ventricular pressure measurement method. Methods: Twenty healthy Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 10) and control group (n = 10). In the experimental group, right ventricular pressure was measured through the right ventricle with a disposable intravenous infusion needle (0.45 × 13.5 mm). Right ventricular catheter was inserted into the right ventricle through the right atrium through the external jugular vein in the control group. Compare the two operation time, success rate, right ventricular pressure and other indicators. Results: The duration of right ventricular pressure was 5.10 ± 1.32 min in experimental group and 25.21 ± 10.30 min in control group (P <0.05). Right ventricular systolic pressure, right ventricular diastolic pressure and right ventricular mean pressure detected by the two methods were not statistically different (P> 0.05). The success rate of rats in experimental group was 100% and that in control group was 60% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Trans-thoracic and right ventricular puncture can accurately and rapidly puncture the right ventricle and accurately measure the right ventricular pressure.
