目的:为川产忍冬品种的开发应用提供遗传参考。方法:应用改良的染色体制片技术,对忍冬、红白忍冬和细毡毛忍冬的茎尖细胞进行染色体制片和核型分析,并计算相关染色体参数。结果:忍冬、红白忍冬和细毡毛忍冬的染色体数目均为2n=2X=18,染色体总长分别为30.747、33.231和36.948μm;核型公式分别为2n=2X=18=2m+7sm,2n=2X=18=8m+8sm+2st和2n=2X=18=8sm+10m;核不对称系数为64.013%、64.380%和61.949%;核型依次为2B、2B和2A型。结论:3种忍冬遗传进化程度较高,可作为广泛栽培的种质资源。
Objective: To provide genetic reference for the development and application of Lonicera japonica varieties. Methods: Chromosome preparation and karyotype analysis of stem tip cells of honeysuckle, honeysuckle and honeysuckle were carried out by using improved chromosome preparation technique, and the related chromosome parameters were calculated. Results: The numbers of chromosomes of honeysuckle, honeysuckle and honeysuckle were 2n = 2X = 18, the total chromosome length was 30.747, 33.231 and 36.948μm, respectively. The karyotype formulas were 2n = 2X = 18 = 2m + 7sm and 2n = 2X = 18 = 8m + 8sm + 2st and 2n = 2X = 18 = 8sm + 10m. The nuclear asymmetry coefficients were 64.013%, 64.380% and 61.949%, respectively. The karyotypes were 2B, 2B and 2A. Conclusion: The three species of honeysuckle have a high degree of genetic evolution and can be used as a widely cultivated germplasm resource.
