WTO贸易与环境委员会(CTE)特别小组(即谈判小组)于2008年5月5日、6日召开了非正式会议。参会代表根据多哈宣言第31(i)段要求就WTO规则和目前多边环境协定(MEAs)所设具体贸易义务(STOs)之间的关系进行了讨论,并根据第31(iii)段要求探讨了环境货物自由化问题。
The WTO Special Committee on Trade and Environment (CTE) convened an informal meeting on May 5 and 6, 2008. Participants discussed the relationship between the WTO rules and the specific trade obligations (STOs) established under the current multilateral environmental agreements (MEAs) in accordance with paragraph 31 (i) of the Doha Declaration and discussed the requirements of paragraph 31 (iii) The issue of environmental goods liberalization.
