近年来随着睡眠医学及呼吸病学的发展,以及多导睡眠图等相关检查手段的运用,人们对睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病,特别是睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)有了更多的认识。本文就睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,睡眠结构与呼吸紊乱的变化作一初步分析。 1 材料与方法 1.1 一般资料 观察对象共60例,其中正常对照组19例,男13例,女6例,年龄30~69岁,平均51.3岁,体检正常,无打鼾,多导睡眠图检查无异常。SAS患者41例,临床表现有睡眠打鼾、憋气和呼吸暂停,经多导睡眠图确诊为SAS,其中男30例,女11例,年龄27~71岁,平均年龄55.1岁;均采用北京明思公司生产的电脑多导睡眠仪进行检查,同步记录脑电C_3-A_1、C_4-A_2、眼动图、肌电图、心电图、口鼻气流、胸腹式呼吸运动及血氧
