茶尺蠖是江浙皖等省茶区的主要食叶类害虫之一,其防治仍以化防为主,研究探索新的防治途径是一项极其重要的课题。作者就是从这一角度出发,对茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒(Ectropis obliqua nuclear polyhedrosis virus,简称EONPV)的剂型进行了研究。虽然以前对该病毒的分离、提纯、室内外的毒力等已有不同程度的研究,但如何增强该病毒的抗紫外线辐射能力,提高田间防治效果以及使其剂型化尚少见报道。现将1983~1986年对EONPV剂型的研制及对茶尺蠖室内外致病试验结果予以报道。
