根据阿里安运载火箭的结构和设计规范,对压力容器设计打算采用断裂力学的最新研究成果,以便在它使用寿命期间确保产品的安全。已经作了一些性能试验,期的是为了验证这种实验方法的可行性,并根据给定的验证系数与循环次數的关系,由已知的极限压力确定最小的有保证的循环次数。这种方法也已经应用在阿里安运载火箭的一些压力容器上。
According to the structure and design specifications of the Arian launch vehicle, the latest research results on fracture mechanics intended for pressure vessel design are intended to ensure the safety of the product over its useful life. Some performance tests have been made in order to verify the feasibility of this experimental method and to determine the minimum guaranteed number of cycles from the known limit pressure based on the relationship between the given verification factor and the number of cycles. This method has also been applied to some of the pressure vessels in the Anian launch vehicle.
