目的了解象山地产海产品中副溶血性弧菌污染状况及其动态变化,探讨其与食物中毒的相关性,为食品安全预警提供监测数据。方法按不同季节分批从本地水产销售市场采集鱼类、甲壳类、贝类样品,采用MPN法进行副溶血性弧菌的定量检测,并对阳性菌株进行血清学分型及毒力基因检测。结果全年海产品副溶血性弧菌平均检出率为54.2%,最高含量≥24000MPN/100g;检出率及污染量以第3季度为最高;各类海产品中以贝类受污染程度最严重;分离到的副溶血性弧菌血清型分布以O11、O4、O5为主,其中3株携带TDH基因。结论象山地产海产品中副溶血性弧菌污染较严重,具有明显的季节性,与本地食物中毒的发生相一致,是引起食源性疾病的主要危险因素,应予以重视。
Objective To understand the status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (Vibrio parahaemolyticus) pollution in Xiangshan real estate seafood and its dynamic changes, and to explore its correlation with food poisoning and to provide monitoring data for food safety early warning. Methods Samples of fish, crustacean and shellfish were collected from local aquatic products market in different seasons. Quantitative detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was carried out by MPN method. Serological typing and virulence genes were detected in positive strains. Results The average detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 54.2% and the highest content was ≥24000MPN / 100g in the whole year. The detection rate and the pollution amount were the highest in the third quarter. Serious; Isolated Vibrio parahaemolyticus serotypes to O11, O4, O5-based, of which three strains carrying TDH gene. Conclusion The virulence of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Xiangshan real estate seafood is more serious and has obvious seasonality. It is consistent with the occurrence of local food poisoning. It is the main risk factor of foodborne disease and should be taken seriously.
