目的:分析血清复发梅毒的临床与脑脊液特征,并探讨其与神经梅毒的关系。方法:对24例血清复发梅毒患者行腰穿,进行脑脊液常规、生化、梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清实验(TRUST)、梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(TPPA)检测。结果:24例患者中,无症状神经梅毒患者4例,疑似神经梅毒患者9例。脑脊液白细胞计数升高(≥5×106/L)10例,占41.7%。脑脊液蛋白升高(>0.5g/L)5例,占20.8%。结论:血清复发梅毒与神经系统受累密切相关,应及早腰穿进行脑脊液检测排查神经梅毒。
