目的 研究肝素抗凝对经股静脉植入临时心脏起搏器深静脉血栓 (DVT)的预防作用。方法 4 8例经股静脉植入临时心脏起搏器病人接受 2种剂量肝素抗凝 ,评价不同抗凝方案对于防止发生深静脉血栓的安全性和有效性。结果 所有病人穿刺对侧下肢均无血栓性闭塞 ,病人或临床特征与DVT的危险性增加无明显相关。治疗剂量肝素应用是DVT预见性唯一有显著意义的独立因素 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 经股静脉植入临时心脏起搏器与DVT的危险呈明显相关 ,在实施经股静脉植入临时起搏器给以肝素预防治疗对于降低DVT的危险率是安全有效的方法。
Objective To study the preventive effect of heparin anticoagulation on deep venous thrombosis (DVT) implanted via femoral vein. Methods Forty-eight patients with temporary cardiac pacemaker implanted by the femoral vein received two doses of heparin anticoagulation to evaluate the safety and efficacy of different anticoagulation regimens in preventing deep venous thrombosis. Results All patients had no thrombotic occlusion of the contralateral lower extremity. No significant correlation was found between the patient or clinical features and the increased risk of DVT. Therapeutic dose of heparin was the only significant independent predictor of DVT (P <0.01). Conclusions There is a significant correlation between the temporary cardiac pacemaker implanted by the femoral vein and the risk of DVT. It is safe and effective to reduce the risk of DVT with heparin prophylaxis after implanted temporary femoral vein implants.
