输油泵机组的鉴定验收测试项目包括性能测试、可靠性测试和噪音测试,在进行正式鉴定验收测试之前,先进行一次性能试应用测试,以便为下一步顺利完成正式验收测试提供建议和指导。以国内某站安装国产化泵测试为例,介绍了试应用站场的情况、国产输油主泵的技术特点以及性能测试方法、测试仪器与评价指标等情况。对2台相同参数的国产泵和国外泵性能测试结果进行对比分析,结果表明:两种测试流量下国产泵现场应用性能良好,电机耗电、泵效率、机组效率等主要参数接近国外产品先进水平,达到设计要求。针对测试中遇到的流量限制、振动偏大等问题提出了解决方法,对下一步鉴定验收测试给出了相关建议。
Oil pump unit qualification acceptance test items include performance testing, reliability testing and noise testing, before the formal appraisal of the acceptance test, a one-time performance test application test in order to successfully complete the formal acceptance test for the next step to provide advice and guidance. Taking the localization pump test of a certain station in China as an example, this paper introduces the situation of the test station, the technical characteristics of the main pump made in China and the performance testing methods, testing instruments and evaluation indexes. The results of two domestic and overseas pump performance test results with the same parameters are compared and analyzed. The results show that the main performance parameters of domestic pump at two test flow rates are good. The main parameters of motor power consumption, pump efficiency and unit efficiency are close to the advanced level of foreign products , To meet the design requirements. Aiming at the problems such as the flow restriction and the big vibration encountered in the test, some solutions are put forward, and some suggestions are given for the next acceptance test.
