采用无机盐料浆熔烧法在Ti6Al4V钛合金表面制备了AlSiCrTi涂层,利用氧乙炔火焰在大气环境下熔烧涂层,经2000℃×10 min熔烧后,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对比分析了AlSiCrTi涂层经熔烧氧化前后的表面和断面形貌,利用能谱仪(EDS)分析了熔烧氧化前后的表面成分变化,利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了熔烧氧化前后的相结构。结果表明,AlSiCrTi涂层表现出很好的高温抗氧化性能,显著改善了Ti6Al4V钛合金在超高温环境下的使用性能。
The AlSiCrTi coating was prepared on the surface of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy by the inorganic salt slurry melting method. The coating was melted by oxygen acetylene flame in the atmosphere, and after calcined at 2000 ℃ for 10 min, the morphology of the coating was observed by scanning electron microscopy The surface and cross-sectional morphology of AlSiCrTi coatings before and after melt oxidation were analyzed. The surface composition of the AlSiCrTi coatings before and after melt oxidation was analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The phases before and after melt oxidation were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) structure. The results show that the AlSiCrTi coating exhibits good high temperature oxidation resistance and significantly improves the serviceability of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy under ultra-high temperature.
