我的成长离不开听课。听师傅的课时,我忘不了她课堂上精巧有序的设计,感叹孩子们的知识、能力在课堂上的成长,佩服师傅在评价孩子时所富有的指导性、激励性,更惊叹她的课堂提问指向性的明确,目标达成的高效。听同辈的课时,有时某个创意会让我眼前一亮;有时他们处理不妥的地方会给我警示;更多的时候,我从他们的身上受到启发,让我反思自己的教学。通过听他人的课,我不仅学到了专业知识,还体会着不同的人对课堂品质的要求。
