高度选择性迷走神经切断术治疗十二指肠球部溃疡,术后复发率高,主要原因为迷走神经分支残留。作者采用雕白粉-亚甲蓝还原液(RMB)并探索出最佳染色条件,对14只家兔的迷走神经作活体染色。97条染成深蓝色的组织,经组织切片证实,有95条含神经纤维,其神经含有率达98%。其中22条染前肉眼能辨认,并经组织切片证实的神经全部染成深蓝色,神经染色率达100%,比以往文献报道大为提高。RMB染色效果优于抗坏血酸-亚甲蓝还原液的机理可能是由于RMB还原态更稳定,因而神经染色特异性高。
High degree of selective vagotomy for the treatment of duodenal ulcer, postoperative recurrence rate is high, the main reason for the vagus nerve branches remain. The authors used vannamei - methylene blue reduction solution (RMB) and explored the best staining conditions, living rabbit vagus nerve for in vivo staining. 97 stained dark blue tissue confirmed by histological sections, there are 95 containing nerve fibers, the nerve content of 98%. Among them, 22 naked eyes could be identified before dyeing, and all the nerves confirmed by histological sections were dyed dark blue and the rate of nerve staining was 100%, which was much higher than that reported in the past. RMB staining better than ascorbic acid - methylene blue reduction mechanism may be due to more stable reduction of RMB, which is highly specific neurological staining.
