采用不同工艺对Al-12Si合金进行热处理,并制备了相应的Al-12Si建筑储能材料,测试和分析了拉伸性能、抗压性能、耐腐蚀性能、储热性能和耐久性能。结果表明,与未进行热处理的相比,热处理尤其是退火和时效的复合热处理,有利于Al-12Si制备的建筑储能材料的拉伸性能、抗压性能、耐腐蚀性能和耐久性能;并使其相变温度保持在(22.5±0.5)℃,可使抗拉强度增加85.79%,抗压强度增加57.78%,腐蚀电位正移0.156 V,经100次循环后的质量损失率从4.53%降至0.38%。
The Al-12Si alloy was heat-treated by different processes, and the corresponding Al-12Si building energy storage materials were prepared. Tensile properties, compressive properties, corrosion resistance, heat storage and durability properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that, compared with no heat treatment, heat treatment, especially annealing and aging composite heat treatment, is conducive to tensile properties, compressive properties, corrosion resistance and durability properties of the building energy storage materials prepared by Al-12Si; The phase transition temperature kept at (22.5 ± 0.5) ℃, the tensile strength increased by 85.79%, the compressive strength increased by 57.78%, the corrosion potential shifted by 0.156 V, and the mass loss rate decreased from 4.53% after 100 cycles 0.38%.
