为研究冷屋面和种植屋面在广州地区的实际隔热和节能效果,选定广州市区某办公楼顶层3间相同条件的房间进行实测。测试结果表明,冷屋面和种植屋面均能有效降低屋面外表面温度,夏季9月份外表面最高温度分别最多可降低13.5℃和26.3℃,冷屋面可昼夜持续降温,而种植屋面外表面温度稳定;两者均能大大降低屋面内表面最高温度、温度振幅和热流密度,总的来说,种植屋面的隔热效果要优于冷屋面;两者平均日节电量分别为0.9 k W·h和1.2 k W·h,房间空调节能率分别为18.6%和23.9%,种植屋面节能效果优于冷屋面。
In order to study the actual insulation and energy saving effect of cold roof and planting roof in Guangzhou area, three rooms with the same conditions on the top floor of an office building in Guangzhou City were selected for actual measurement. The test results show that cold roofing and roofing can effectively reduce the temperature of the outer roof surface. The maximum temperature of the outer surface in September can be reduced by 13.5 ℃ and 26.3 ℃, respectively, and the cooling roof can be cooled day and night, while the temperature of the roof surface is stable. Both of them can greatly reduce the maximum temperature, the amplitude of temperature and the heat flux density of roofing. Generally speaking, the heat insulation effect of planting roof is better than that of cold roofing; the average daily electricity consumption is 0.9kW · h and 1.2 k W · h, the room air-conditioning energy-saving rates were 18.6% and 23.9%, respectively. The energy saving effect of planting roofing was better than that of cold roofing.
