当代高校学生不仅要学习先进的文化知识,还要培养自己的人生观、价值观及审美观,成为高素质的人才。体育舞蹈是一项集舞蹈、体育及健身娱乐为一体的艺术体育运动,其中有舞蹈美,也有音乐美及服饰美等多种美学元素,但是这种美并不是任何人都能全面体会的。我们在教学中,如果将美育教育有效融入其中,势必能提高学生的审美能力。本文主要从审美的角度去剖析了体育舞蹈中的美学表现形式,并且在高校体育舞蹈教学中提出了合适的教学策略与方案,将美育教育融于其中,以提高学生的审美情趣及审美能力。
Contemporary university students not only need to learn advanced cultural knowledge, but also cultivate their own outlook on life, values and aesthetic values and become highly qualified personnel. Sports Dance is an art sports that integrates dance, sports and fitness and entertainment. There are dancing aesthetics, music aesthetics and costume aesthetics. However, this beauty is not something that anyone can fully understand. In our teaching, if aesthetic education is effectively integrated into it, it is bound to improve students’ aesthetic ability. This paper mainly analyzes the aesthetic expression of sports dance from the aesthetic point of view, and puts forward appropriate teaching strategies and programs in the teaching of physical dance at colleges and universities. It integrates aesthetic education into it to improve students’ aesthetic taste and aesthetic ability.
