目的:了解桂林市零售食品中沙门菌的污染状况及其趋势。方法:采集桂林市市内农贸市场和超市等食品销售点5类食品样品共405份,按《食品卫生微生物学检验方法沙门氏菌检验方法》检验。结果:5类食品的405份样品共检出沙门菌31株,检出率为7.7%。生肉类食品检出率最高,达21.5%。5类食品检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:桂林市零售食品沙门菌污染较严重,尤其是生肉类食品,应引起有关部门的重视。
Objective: To understand the status and trends of Salmonella contamination in retail food in Guilin. Methods: A total of 405 food samples of five types of foodstuffs, including farmer’s markets and supermarkets, were collected in Guilin city and tested according to the “Salmonella test method for microbiological test of food hygiene”. Results: Salmonella strains were detected in 405 samples of 5 kinds of foodstuffs, the detection rate was 7.7%. The highest detection rate of raw meat, up to 21.5%. There was a significant difference in the detection rate of the five categories of foods (P <0.01). Conclusion: The contamination of retail food salmonella in Guilin is more serious, especially for raw meat products, which should be paid more attention by relevant departments.
