用鸡胚脑神经细胞研究1-烯丙基氯-3对细胞胞浆膜和线粒体膜Ca2+ATPase、Na+/K+-ATPase活性的影响。结果表明,胞浆膜Ca2+-PTPase和Na/K+ATPase活性随毒物剂量增加而明显增高,染毒组与对照组相比差异均有显著性(P<0。01):线粒体膜Ca2+-ATPase活性随毒物剂量增加而有下降趋势;Na+/K+ATPase活性则呈增加趋势。酶组化染色结果显示,Ca2+-ATPase活性与对照组相比明显增加,黑色沉淀明显增多。提示1-烯丙基氯-3中毒后可引起神经钩胞Ca2+-ATPase和Na+/K+-ATPase活性改变,这可能与中毒后细胞胞浆和线粒体内的Ca2+、Na+、K+的浓度改变有关。
Effect of 1-allyl chloride-3 on Ca2 + ATPase and Na + / K + -ATPase activity of cytosolic and mitochondrial membrane in chicken embryonic brain neurons. The results showed that the activities of Ca2 + -PTPase and Na / K + ATPase in the cytoplasm increased significantly with the increase of the doses of poison, the difference was significant (P <0.01) between the exposure group and the control group. The activity of Ca2 + -ATPase Poison dose increased but decreased; Na + / K + ATPase activity showed an increasing trend. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay showed that Ca2 + -ATPase activity increased significantly compared with the control group, and the black precipitate increased significantly. The results suggest that 1-allyl chloride-3 poisoning can cause changes of Ca2 + -ATPase and Na + / K + -ATPase activity in the neuroblastoma cells, which may be related to the change of Ca2 +, Na +, K + concentration in cytoplasm and mitochondria after poisoning.
